Troubleshooting

Common checks for login, PDF export, saved invoices, Pro access and mobile/PWA behaviour.

Login or password issues

Use the password reset page and check spam/junk. If saved credentials fail on mobile, use Clear saved details on the login page, then type the password manually once.

Pro access not showing

Log out and back in. If you paid through Stripe later, allow a minute for webhooks. If admin manually granted Pro, refresh the workspace.

PDF looks wrong

Hard refresh the page, then download again. On mobile/PWA, close and reopen the browser/app. Some browser caches hold old PDF/export scripts.

Saved invoice missing

For Pro, create the invoice, then click Save to account before leaving the page. Downloading a PDF alone does not necessarily save the invoice to your workspace.

Business Profile not applying

Open Your Details in the editor, select the profile, then click Use profile. Blank profile fields intentionally remain blank and do not overwrite individual invoice edits.

App/PWA cache issue

If the installed app looks outdated, refresh the local app cache first. If the icon still stays old, remove the home-screen shortcut and add it again after reopening the site.
