Use this for Free or Pro feedback: broken behaviour, confusing flows, missing features, missing templates, mobile issues or serious workflow improvements.
Be specific. For bugs, include what you clicked, what you expected, what happened instead, and whether you were using Free mode or Pro/account mode.
For bugs: device, browser, Free/Pro mode, what you entered, what broke, and whether it happens again after refresh.
For features: explain the use case, not just the button name. The best requests save time, improve trust, reduce invoice admin, or help users get paid faster.
Creating, saving or downloading an invoice does not email the user or their client. Pro users send invoice summaries only when they explicitly click Send Invoice.
