We use essential session storage for login and account security, browser local storage for Free-mode preferences and drafts, and optional first-party product analytics only where accepted. The PWA or Play Store wrapper may cache static app shell files such as icons, the manifest, offline page and scripts. Private account actions, payments and saved-workspace endpoints are not intended for offline storage.
We use hosting, email delivery, CDNs, Stripe and Google services where users choose Google sign-in or install/use a Play-distributed version. These providers may process data outside your country. Where applicable, transfers rely on contractual protections, adequacy decisions or provider compliance frameworks.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, receive a portable copy of data, or complain to a regulator. EU/EEA, UK and Swiss users may exercise GDPR-style rights. California and other US state residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete and opt out of sale/share of personal information. We do not sell personal information or use cross-context behavioural advertising.

Service position: diginaized Invoice Pro is an invoice creation and workflow tool. It is not accounting software, a tax adviser, a law firm, a payment collector or a bookkeeping system.

The service lets users create invoice-style business documents, export PDFs, save workspace records, manage clients, use templates, configure recurring workflows and send reviewed document emails where available. The same service may be available through the website, installable PWA and Play Store app wrapper.
Free features may work without an account. Pro features require an account and, once live billing is enabled, an active subscription or trial.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and suitability of every document you create, including invoice numbers, VAT/tax treatment, client details, payment terms, refund wording and mandatory local fields. You should take qualified legal, tax or accounting advice where needed.
You must keep your login credentials secure. Where multi-factor authentication is available, it is strongly recommended for accounts storing client data, billing records or recurring workflows. You are responsible for actions taken through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security controls.
When you send a document through diginaized, the email is sent on behalf of the sender named in the document or account workflow. You remain responsible for the client relationship, payment collection, fulfilment, disputes and corrections. Email delivery can be affected by recipient systems, spam filtering and incorrect addresses.
Pro plans, trials, renewals, cancellation and payment-method management are handled through Stripe where live billing is enabled on the website. If the service is distributed through Google Play, in-app subscription purchase routes may be limited, removed or handled differently to comply with Google Play billing requirements for digital services. Prices and features may change with reasonable notice where required. Cancelling a paid plan normally prevents the next renewal while keeping access active until the end of the paid period.
You must not use the service for fraud, spam, phishing, malware, impersonation, illegal goods or services, harassment, abusive automation, unauthorised access, or misleading documents. We may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect users, recipients, the service or legal compliance.
Account users may export stored workspace data and may request deletion through the account area or public data deletion page. Deletion does not remove records that must be retained by payment processors, tax/accounting rules, dispute handling, security needs or legal obligations.
The diginaized brand, visual design, software code, templates and platform are owned by diginaized or its licensors. Invoice documents, client data and business content you create remain yours.
The website is the primary service. The installable PWA and any Play Store wrapper provide an app-style way to access the same product. Account features require internet access. App store availability, review status, device compatibility and installation behaviour may depend on Google, browser vendors and device settings.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features, templates, security logic, pricing, policies, anti-abuse controls and rate limits where commercially, technically or legally necessary.
The service is provided as a practical business tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. We do not warrant that any invoice format, tax calculation, VAT wording, numbering pattern or payment term complies with the laws of every jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, diginaized is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages. For paid users, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

Pro subscriptions can be cancelled through the Stripe Customer Portal from the account dashboard where live billing is enabled. If a Play Store version later offers purchases through Google Play, those purchases must be managed through the relevant Google Play account controls. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal while keeping Pro access active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Because Pro provides immediate access to digital account features, refunds are generally not automatic once the service has been accessed, used or a billing period has started. Refund requests are reviewed fairly and mandatory consumer rights are respected.
Support contributions are voluntary payments to support the free tool. They do not unlock Pro functionality and are generally not refundable unless required by law or a duplicate/accidental payment is clearly shown.
Logged-in users can submit a refund request from the account dashboard or via refund-request.php. Include your account email, approximate payment date, reason and any Stripe receipt/payment reference.
Approval, partial approval or refusal may depend on payment date, subscription status, usage, duplicate charges, technical failure, abuse, applicable law and whether paid access has already been used. If approved, refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card processing times vary by payment provider and country.
This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights. EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, subject to rules for immediate digital service access and express consent. Other jurisdictions may provide additional local rights.
